Please be advised that guests are not permitted to take motorised mobility scooters above ground floor. Due to the layout of our upstairs area, it is extremely difficult to manoeuvre these motorised vehicles safely, and the safety of all our guests is paramount to us.
There is a wheelchair available on site for guests when required.
All rooms at the Castle Hotel have a Private Bathroom with Bath and Free Toiletries. A Continental breakfast is served every morning. Staff are on hand 24-hours to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Neath town centre, so we advise our guests that you may hear high volumes of noise – especially at weekends.
